We are currently looking for summer students to join our team as Plastic Injection Machine Operators. Must be 16 years and older, currently enrolled in school if you have not yet successfully completed high school, able to work nights, days, afternoons, weekends, 8 and 12 hour shifts.

Working within a team-based environment, the Quality Assurance Technician/Inspector is responsible for practicing the quality assurance processes, tasks and responsibilities which contribute to the efficient and safe operation of the organization and contribute to the effectiveness of all Baytech employees. QA techs are part of the leadership team on the shift with supervisor and senior setup tech.

Ability to work rotating shifts, 8hr and 12hr, grade 12 or equivalent, ability to lift light to moderate parts. Full-time benefits after completion of probation.

Plastic Injection Operators are responsible for keeping machines on cycle, inspecting plastic parts based on specified criteria, reading gauges, using correct packing materials etc. This is our entry level position that can lead to many areas of advancement within the company. Must be able to work shifts. Grade 12 or previous manufacturing experience is preferred.

Mould Maker’s are responsible for servicing production moulds including preventative maintenance repairs and troubleshooting. Preference will be given to certified Mould Makers or Tool and Die applicants with knowledge and experience associated with Injection mould repair/mould fabrication.

Responsible for procuring, building, maintaining and troubleshooting automated accessory equipment as related to the injection moulding industry including EOAT, assembly, decorating and material handling. Millwrights work closely with the manufacturing team in developing work instructions, training, process improvements and maintenance schedules. Assist in the development and validation of new and existing automation equipment.

The Injection Molding Technician has several major areas of responsibilities and related tasks which must be adhered to in order to achieve our goals. Main Tasks and Duties include, loading and unloading of materials into dryers and hoppers , setting up moulds (cleanout, purging, water, hydraulics, etc.), Starting up machines, Troubleshooting basic and advanced molding problems etc.
