Plastic Injection Operators are responsible for keeping machines on cycle, inspecting plastic parts based on specified criteria, reading gauges, using correct packing materials etc. This is our entry level position that can lead to many areas of advancement within the company. Must be able to work shifts. Grade 12 or previous manufacturing experience is preferred.

MOULD MAKER/TOOL & DIE

Mould Maker’s are responsible for servicing production moulds including preventative maintenance repairs and troubleshooting. Preference will be given to certified Mould Makers or Tool and Die applicants with knowledge and experience associated with Injection mould repair/mould fabrication.

MILLWRIGHT – MAINTENANCE TECH

Responsible for procuring, building, maintaining and troubleshooting automated accessory equipment as related to the injection moulding industry including EOAT, assembly, decorating and material handling. Millwrights work closely with the manufacturing team in developing work instructions, training, process improvements and maintenance schedules. Assist in the development and validation of new and existing automation equipment.

INJECTION MOULDING TECHNICIAN

The Injection Moulding Technician has several major areas of responsibilities and related tasks which must be adhered to in order to achieve our goals. Main Tasks and Duties include, loading and unloading of materials into dryers and hoppers , setting up moulds (cleanout, purging, water, hydraulics, etc.), Starting up machines, Troubleshooting basic and advanced molding problems etc.
