Our equipment and facilities can accommodate shot sizes from 1.94 to 726 oz. with clamping forces of 44 to 2590 tons. We have more than 30 machines capable of gas-assisted, small machines, large machines, structural foam, and thermoplastic methods. We are also capable of insert molding, overmolding, ultrasonic welding, heat stake and chemical bonding processes.
- Extensive In-House Services. Few products are complete immediately off the production line. We offer complete in-house finishing services including paint, modular production and assembly, labelling, packaging, and global logistics solutions.
